Reservations are strongly recommended on a 24 hours basis. If you find you are unable to keep your reservations, cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing, canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours will result in a fee equal to the value of the missed treatment.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to give you an opportunity to check-in, change, relax, and prepare your mind for your special treatment. Please remember, should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
Honor all guest comfort and relaxation by turning off electronic devices before entering the spa.
Wear comfortable clothing, and please do not bring jewelry or valuables to the spa.
If your preference is to fully disrobe for your treatment, our therapists are properly trained in draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Please let us know of any special requests when you schedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Gratuities for exceptional service may be made at your discretion. A 20% gratuity is customary.
For parties of 4 or more, or to book a package, please schedule your appointment 48 hours in advance.
Children are not permitted in the spa area unless they are receiving a treatment and accompanied by an adult. In addition, please ensure your child can contribute to our stress-free environment in the Spa area.
