Poker Bad Beat Rules*

  • Player with the bad beat hand receives 30% of the posted jackpot.
  • Player with the winning hand receives 20% of the posted jackpot.
  • All other participants in the hand split 50% of the posted jackpot to the nearest dollar.

  • A player must have Four of a Kind or better beaten to qualify for the "Main Bad Beat Jackpot."
  • A player must have aces Full of queens or better beaten by four of a kind or better to qualify for the "Mini Bad Beat Jackpot".
  • Mini Bad Beat is a flat $2,500 payout*

*Mini Jackpot Payout is deducted from the Secondary Jackpot pool

  • A player must have four tens beaten.

  • Player with the bad beat hand receives 30% of the posted jackpot.
  • Player with the winning hand receives 20% of the posted jackpot.
  • All other participants in the hand split 50% of the posted jackpot to the nearest dollar.
  • There must be a minimum of $10 (including the rake and bad beat $1.00) before the bad beat jackpot will be taken from the hand.
  • There must be a minimum of five (5) players dealt in the hand.
  • All hands must be verified by management and the deck must be sorted down.
  • Too many or too few cards will void the jackpot.
  • All state and federal tax requirements must be met. Valid ID and Social Security number are required upon request by management.
  • All funds left over from rounding to the next dollar will be added to the Bad Beat Jackpot.
  • The highest ranked losing hand is considered the bad beat hand.
  • Both hole cards must play and must beat the board. "Tied kickers" do not qualify.
  • Players must have participated in the bad beat hand to be eligible for any portion of the jackpot.
  • Participation means being dealt a hand.
  • One dollar will be taken from every pot for the bad beat jackpot. The dollar will not be dropped until the end of the hand when the rake is dropped.
  • 70% is added to the primary and 30% is added to the secondary until the total reaches $50,000 at which point funds will be allocated 50% to each fund.
  • Totals updated daily.
  • All bad beat money will be returned to the players.
  • If a game is not eligible for the Bad Beat Jackpot, nothing will be taken from the pot to increase the jackpot.
